I enjoyed seeing Dr. Kramer however I have just determined that they are ripping me off. I have tried to explain to the front staff who are extremely rude and they are trying to justify the charges. Now I have to dispute the credit card payment, and I would suggest anyone that has gone there to check to see if they were ripped off too.

i went to Dr. Kramer for 5 years. in all that time he never checked my gums for periodontal disease.. therefore I have an extremely advanced condition. His web site claims he is trying to save teeth.. don't believe him.,. his money maker or ultimate goal is replacing your teeth..go to a reputable dentist that checks for gum disease.. never once in 5 years and i'm paying for it now.. so sorry I ever went to him

Drilled me why I have not seen him in 6 months when my appointment was for a cleaning. I travel up North every summer and also have a dentist there. He actually was upset by this. I had no cavities or pain but he looked at my chart and complained that I was not there recently. He also asked to pull a wisdom tooth that my dentist up North told me if it doesn't bother me leave it alone. Actually Dr Krammer also told me a year before that it was ok. He scared me!

The best dentist in Treasure Coast. professional and honest. would not do anything that doesn't need doing. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. R. Kremer and Dr. Kremer. It is so great to have the same dentist always ready to help you. We have always been pleased with these experienced dentists.

Richard Kramer refused to clean my teeth without xrays of my whole mouth. He had a 2yr old panoramic cd of my teeth. He replace a crown 2 mos earlier with a partial xray. I explained to him that I had a mammogram, bone density the same day and xray on my feet for arthritis days before. He insisted, I walked out. Dental xrays are linked to brain tumors and thyroid cancer. American Dental Assoc recommends dental xrays 24-26mos if you have not problem. Sorry but Im carefull with all these xrays. Had a few CTs a few yrs ago.
