Dr. Richard Wayne Warner

On my last visit they didn’t say anything about Warner retiring. They took xrays, probably to get the most money they could before retirement. I didn’t find out about the retirement until his office manager called to reschedule my appointment with Omni Dental. I asked what happened and Karen lied to me saying, “Letters went out to patients that we would be seeing patients at Omni Dental.” Well, none of the patients in my home received a letter or even an email. I think it’s really unprofessional. It would have been nice to have been told that he was retiring, instead of lied to and handed off to another dental practice. I thought your patients were your friends, wasn’t that your motto?

Dr Warner and his receptionist Karen have been wonderful for years. My kids grew up seeing them. Dr is open to any needs we have and consistently employs quality assistants/hygienists. Karen has excellent customer skills and is always a pleasure to see.
