Very rude guy. Messed up my tooth so bad I ended up needing emergency care after. Total quack.

Rico turned in a root canal and cleaning to my insurance. Neither of which he performed. He told me I was getting root canal but he just filled over my root. And now have severe infection and need to go to iowa city so they can fix what he did and perform the actual root canal. Poor customer service. Does not have x rays in digital. Sends appointment reminders and last min cancellations via a personal cell phone number by text. I had 9:15 appt. After 2 cancellations on their part. They text me that morning at 8am and asked that I come at 9am to fill out more paperwork. Even though it was my 4th appt there and no personal or insurance information changes. Never any cars in lot. I showed up at 9:04 and they would not see me because I was late for 15 min paperwork time.

Dr was very rude. He just came into the room with a syringe and just inserted the needle without warning or talking to me. It was the worst Dental experience I have ever had! Would not see this DDS if he was the last Dentist in the world. I mean it. I don't know if was racism as I am African American Can you imaginge a Dr coming into the room and jabbing the needle into your mouth!
