Exceptional experience! Who really enjoys having their teeth worked on?! No one. However, I can say I really enjoy my visit to this office. I overheard 2 other patients saying the same thing while I was there for my visit, how much they enjoyed their visit and really looked forward to coming in. From the moment you walk in the door, it feels like you are visiting family. Every staff member is kind, compassionate, professional, considerate, and genuinely caring about you as an individual. The integrity levels in this office are unique and not something you experience much anymore with customer service & patient care. ?? it is almost as you are taking a trip back to the good Ole days when morals & values were a priority. This team really has found their purpose in their career field and it is such an honor to be a patient with Brookside Dental. Dr. Robbie is amazing and genuinely cares for you like you were his family member. His son (Dr Jared) which recently came on board and is also… fantastic answer intelligent. he has definitely acquired the wonderful characteristics of Dr Robbie. when Dr Robbie did my fillings, I was amazed at his numbing technique & how gentle he was with treatment. I never even knew he gave me the injection until after I started feeling numb! Wow what a great experience. before my visit in his chair, It had been several years since my previous visit with another office. I had a horrible experience with some extractions which left me scared to death to go back to the dentist. Dr Robbie was encouraging, gentle, and kind, checking in with me through the entire procedure. He does not shame you or pressure you. I am truly grateful for finding his office. He does an awesome job selecting his team members as they share the same qualities. I also had my teeth cleaned. Before the cleaning, my gums would bleed. The hygienist was kind and gentle and did a thorough examination, giving me some great home care pointers, which made a drastic difference in my gum health. No more bleeding gums & I'm no longer shy to smile and show off their fabulous work! I have referred all my family & friends to their office!! You should too, you will be glad you did!
