Being well prepared for your appointment will ensure that Dr. Schaefer has all of the needed information to provide you with the best possible care. This will also help relieve you of any anxiety. We participate with most insurance plans and are continueing to add more plans to our practice. (Now participating with Metdental and Assurance PPO). Aetna PPO participation will begin on December 1, 2011. You can contact our office to verify acceptance. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will submit insurance claims for you …if you have dental insurance. We will provide you with your payment estimate after we acquire a benefit summary from your insurance. We will need your identification number from you insurance card, date of birth, and place of employment to obtain information for you before your appointment.
