Dr. Robert Cosmos Masi, DDS

My family had gone there for a couple of years and loved them. Recently my opinion has changed. Office staff is slow to return calls (days to weeks), they called and canceled an appointment, they said it was because my husband hadn't been seen in a year- during Covid, so they would not see him. So confusing. I guess business must be so good they can throw away customers.

The service was very timely and excellent. I was more than satisfied with the outcome of the service that was rendered. Dr. Masi is highly skilled! Thank you. Harry J. Kennedy

Dr. Masi is an excellent dentist! I have been his patient for over 15 years. He is conservative in his approach so you don't end up getting a procedure you don't need. He takes the time to explain why he thinks something needs to be done but leaves the decision totally up to you. He is always pleasant and personable and keeps up with new trends and technology. Also very good at minimizing pain!!
