I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I have been very pleased with the dental service. The front office staff are always friendly, helpful and very professional. Dr. Catron and staff make me feel very comfortable and are very attentive. I had two crowns replaced and love the outcome of the procedures. Thank you Dr. Catron and Staff!

We transferred to Dr. Catron office after Dr. Nguyen closed his doors in Cameron Park. The office staff was so helpful and easy to work with and got us an appointment within days. Dr. Catron was very nice, professional, and personable. He was great with his dental procedures and really made us feel at ease with the transfer to their office. Jen was great to work with and all the staff were also very nice and attentive. Highly recommended!!!!

If you are looking for a dentist that will treat you right, not take advantage of your pocket book and who has your best interest at heart then you are in the right place. I have high dental aniexty due to the past dealings with unhonest dentists and those who have not had the best interest of the patient. After reading reviews, going to other local offices I decided to come here. The staff is warm and welcoming. They do not push you and they listen to your concerns and if needed address them with support or by giving you different options while througly explaining everything and exhausting their and your resources. They take the time to meet with you, in a private consultation room, to lay out the best health plan that can help assist and support you. I found it amazing to have someone who listen to me and addressed my concerns. They will give you various options if needed as to how YOU WANT to proceed in your care. This is helpful if you are worried about finances. There service here… is top notch. This is a family environment were they treat you as their own. The husband Dr. Catron is the main dentist but his wife works here as well. She is one of the few female dentist in El Dorado County. Stephanie, the office manager and receptionist is beyond knowledgable and is very personable and professional. Her willingness to go out of her way to provide answers and to help you is an Aplus. She is extremely resourceful on working with you on your finacining options. This is a great place to go all around. Someone with a healthcare background, who has needed major attention and work on in care, who has not taken care of their self due to finances and extremely bad past experiences, I back and stand by this office as one of the best in the area. If you are looking and/or have any reservations about your dental care you owe it to yourself to at least make an appointment (dental plan and consultation) to come in and see for yourself. This in my option is the Nordstroms (known for great service, wait on you hand and foot, makes you feel special, clean beautiful location ) of offices.
