Dr. Cameron has been a Jupiter resident and dental practitioner for over 25 years. Through the years, Dr. Cameron has had the good fortune to develop a faithful following of patients in both his Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens offices. Â
Originally from northern New Jersey, Dr. Cameron attended Lafayette College, earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He went on to receive a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University's School of Dentistry.
After one year as Director of Dental Services for the Patton Area Medical Center in Pennsylvania, Bob and his wife, Joanne, decided they had seen enough snow and relocated to south Florida. Dr. Cameron practiced in Hollywood, FL for five years and then relocated to Jupiter in 1985. Originally practicing in the Gardens on PGA Blvd, he opened his Jupiter office in 1993. He sold that practice in 2005 and remained on staff until 2008. Since then he has been associated with Dr. David Skopp, a …prosthodontist in Palm Beach Gardens. Now Dr. Cameron is thrilled to be returning to his hometown in a convenient new location, joining Dr. Shelby Trail.
Dr. Cameron has been a member of the American Dental association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, And International Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has completed extensive continuing education cources in cosmetic dentistry, veneers, implant reconstruction, restorative dentistry and practice management.
His wife, Joanne, has been a kindergarten teacher at Jerry Thomas Elementary, a media specialist at Limestone Creek Elementary,and is currently an Associate Professor and Instructional Librarian at Palm Beach State College, Eissey campus.
Bob and Joanne have two daughters, both products of Jupiter public schools. Kristin is a veterinarian with an internal medicine speciality practicing at the Veterinary Medical Center of Central New York in Syracuse. Brooke is a project manager for DVD production with Deluxe Digital Media, living in Burbank, CA.
