I would never recommend this woman she is awlful, she didnt even show up and blamed me

I would not recommend her to anyone! She was very rude, the office was dirty. All around rotten experience!

Every time we called to get an appointment she would give you an appointment but then the day of your appointment she would call with all kinds of excuses to why she was not going to be in her office. This happened 6 to 8 times. She had one other worker who left and then just her no office staff no dental assistants. She would complain about everything from her personal life to her other patients to how the state ins was causing her financial hardships. She was rough when doing dental work and would yell at you for turning or moving your head. I never felt comfortable at her office. She would answer her phone and say to people that just because they had state insurance didn't mean she had to take them. I think the only nice thing she did was pulled a tooth that was bothering my hubby. Then when he tried to make a follow up appointment she told him he needed to find a new dentist and so did I because she was the only one working in the office and could only do cleanings. I would not… recommend her at all not even to my worst enemy!!

I have been going to Dr. Knodel for a few years now. Every visit has been wonderful. I went 10 years without visiting the dentist and sedation was suggested. My first experience with sedation was with Dr. Knodel. Everything was explained to me in advanced and the follow through was exactly as she said. I would not go to anyone else. She has removed two wisdom teeth and fixed two broken teeth in my mouth through the years and my cleanings go so smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am always nervous to visit a Dentist, Robin made me feel at ease and was very gentle. I highly recomend her.
