Went in for a cleaning and to have a tooth pulled. The "cleaning" took all of 2 minutes and I would have gone elsewhere for the pulling if I had money and it wasn't an emergency. Nothing about this place was professional.

Terrible! I went to see Dr. Parsell today for the first time and I will never go back. In fact, I have had to file a complaint with my insurance company so that I can see another dentist immediately. I went in to see Dr. Parsell for a yearly checkup/cleaning. He polished my teeth really hard (until my gums were swollen and bleeding), and sent me on my way. He skipped all of the other steps that are usually part of a basic cleaning/check up. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. When I told him that my one and only filling that I had done over 10 years ago had cracked and was causing me pain, he said people's teeth crack as they age and not to worry about it until I'm older. I'm 29 and I've always had excellent teeth, but several hours after seeing Dr. Parsell for a basic cleaning, I'm still in a lot of pain.
