Dr. Ronal Downing Graham, DDS

Ive been going to this office most of my adult life. I've unfortunately needed quite a lot of dental work. My crowns are beautiful. I have serious anxiety but this the most gentle dentist Ive ever seen. His staff are professional and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about both Drs Graham, I would definitely refer my friends.

I have seen this dentist several times. He was advised we do not have insurance. He told me I needed a crown, I had the crown done and it cost us $1.200. On a later visit with another problem he said I needed another crown because the tooth was broken, but seemed different from what his assistant indicated. He started the procedure and then had his office person come in to make sure that I would be able to pay for the complete procedure. The charge was $1,500. I was furious that he would start a procedure without having the office people talk to me first. I felt embarrassed by his office behavior. I will NEVER return to this dentist. I feel that his charges are excessive!!
