For one, he literally cut my tongue with one of his instruments and didn’t bother even acknowledging it. Also, he tried raising the prices of the appointment for ridiculous reasons. Poor service overall.

Dr. Walker and his office staff have the worst customer service I have encountered probably ever at any doctor's office. Being a physician myself, this is quite a statement. The office staff called me to confirm my appointment 3 times within 2 hours during meetings that I had, severely disrupting my work. When I was able to answer the phone, I asked if they would not call so frequently, and the woman was very rude and said that she would not call as much as long as I returned her call within two hours. I told her that I would return her call when I had the opportunity and that it was not at all reasonable to give me such a deadline for returning a phone call. She also said that if I did not meet her deadline that she would cancel my appointment. Her demeanor and attitude was entitled and demanding and offered zero customer service, courtesy, or regard for the patient whatsoever. Dr. Walker refused to speak to me to address this issue. If anyone wants to actually be treated with respect… and to receive quality patient care, you should go somewhere else. It is no surprise that Dr. Walker's reviews on Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and all of the other similar websites have many 1 star reviews. By the way, Ronald Walker has 2 complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau. I should have looked this up before I ever made my first appointment.

She also told me that she was going to charge me for the appointment anyway even though I cancelled the day prior, which to my knowledge, does not conform to insurance policy and is unethical. If anyone wants to actually be treated with respect and to receive quality patient care, you should go somewhere else.
