Dr. Hathaway is a sincere and kind hearted Dr. who is has provided both myself and my child the much needed confidence in the orthodontics services he is providing. He has made certain that we fully understand the work he is planning to provide by going above and beyond in his explanation and detailed descriptions of the before and after results as well. He makes it a point to speak directly to my child and not just me, which makes my child more comfortable with the entire experience as well. The staff is friendly and engaging and the office is clean and appears organized. I would recommend Dr. Hathaway in the future for anyone else who is looking for exceptional service and expertise!

My child was supposed to see him for braces in a few days. Got a call he's leaving in March and Now won't do the braces. It is horrible he won't even see patients that were scheduled for months. My insurance has paid for everything and Now they have to get the money back so we can go somewhere else and start over.
