Dr. Ross A. Kaplan D.M.D.
Dr. Kaplan is a graduate of Hamden Hall Country Day School, and Clark University. He attented Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D. degree in 1991. He gained additional experience during his fellowship at the Yale University Dental Residency Program, in New Haven, CT. He has been in practice in Hamden since 1992. Dr. Kaplan is a proud member of the American Dental Association, The Connecticut Dental Association, The New Haven Dental Association, and The Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Kaplan resides in Orange, CT. with his wife Judy,and their two daughters, Rachel and Rebecca. His hobbies include golf, bike riding and scuba diving.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kaplan and staff for many years they always take good care of you one day I had an emergency and Dr. Kaplan brought me in and took good care of me just like he always does if you want a great place to go people that care about you this is the Family physician

I have been going to Dr. Kaplan for almost 2 years now He and his staff are extremely professional They strive to keep you comfortable when performing any procedures His hygienist Janet is great and helps by providing guidance on maintenance This equipment is modern day The office staff Is accommodating upon arrival and departure I would recommend him highly to anyone Plain and simple

Janet the dental hygienist is very thorough and detailed and very professional. Dr Kaplan is also thorough and considerate and very professional. The office staff is very friendly, caring, and considerate. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist!

I’ve been a patient for over 5 years. Dr Kaplan is very understanding about my sensitive teeth and is a great dentist The office is modern, bright and clean. They have all remodeled office- very high tech Overall a great experience time after time

Had a great hygienist. An awesome experience, however some of the tools used did not look particularly clean that Dr Kaplan used. It really turned me off.
