long story shortened…had an unsupervised tech in training hurt me and blast me over 20 times with xrays because she didn’t know what she was doing. Awful unprofessional rude threatening not non painless “office manager” threatened me, belittled me and could careless to apologize or help the pain an un supervised trainee caused. seriously STAY AWAY

Five years ago a bridge ($3000) was attached to a crown that had a post . It failed within 2 years and another dentist put an implant where Elturk said was impossible. Today, after 40 min of intake another "squeeze the $ " occurred. A full round the head xray was needed for one crown to be recommended. Waste of time and resources.

I went for dental check up at bright side dental in southfield office , had to wait for long time, after examination he told me I had to do RCTS and despite having delta dental insurance the office told me I had to pay $2500 , I asked him why my insurance is not covering , he said that how the insurance works , I decided to check with other dental in royal oak . I called my insurance and they said he doesnt participate with my plan , i asked his office many times if they do and they said they take my insurance. he tried to explain to me that his service and staff focus on quality and the cost is reasonable. I had RCT done in other dental office and my copay was only 525$ , he and his office totally lied to me . Very dissastified by the care I got at his office.

I don't mind the pain much, when it comes to the dentist it's a given. What I was very uncomfortable with was the office staff and one of the dental hygienist. The staff was pushy and discomforting. As a young person without financial support and minimal insurance, I was not able to perform all I needed due to expenses. I was treated with guilt and fear tactics. I appreciated the information that was given but did not appreciate the way it was repeated over and over as though I did not understand or used it in terms to say I would not be successful if I did not get a procedure done. I felt that the office was eager to get money out of me and did not acknowledge my limiting situation.
