Dr. Roy Eugene Gaines, MD

i was in a terrible car accident in 2005, dr. gaines did surgery on my sinuses. he did a great job. he is calm, and makes you feel like you are important,not just another patient. i was so fortunate to have him as my doctor. i want to tell him, thank you, once again. he is truly a caring, wonderful doctor.

He's great

Our orthodontist recommended Dr. Gaines. The procedure was for my teen son to extract a tooth and remove an odontoma from the palate area. Doctor Gaines spent at least 40-45 minutes with us, explaining the procedure, what the tumor was, where it was, pointing out things on the xrays and head scan. He answered all questions that I had, as well as my son. Day of procedure went very smooth, and if it wasn't for the sutures, I would not have been able to tell where he cut into the palate of his mouth! It was very well done. The nurses called to check on my son the next day or two after as well. Definitely would go back.

My experience was absolutely horrible! My mother was suppose to have oral surgery With Dr. Gaines. She became sick over the weekend, and even had a slight temperature, but despite that she wanted to make an effort to go to the office and talk with him personally to let him know her situation and to see if he would be able to still perform the surgery. We arrived at the office early around 7:45am. We waited and waited and waited. Finally at 8:30am I googled from my phone the number to the office.... the hours we're from 8 to 5 and still no one was there(her appt was at 8:45) so we left and then decided to call and we received a answer. We told the lady what happened and her reply was that they didn't arrive at there office until the1st patient......What??? That didn't make sense to me especially by me working in a doctors office. So my mother asked would she be charged and she said no. So we went back to the office and asked to speak to him personally, she then made a statement that… she wasn't sure if he was doing something and asked if she could help. She made the same statement she did over the phone and said that she was the in house business manager and we didn't need to talk to him about that. I don't believe he was even at the office! We will never go back there again... it was so unproffesional and down right ignorant. I would never recommend anyone to this office!

Very helpful with information provided to me, took sufficient time to examine me and answer my questions. I can tell he is very experienced based on the information he provided me. He did not try to over test or over sell me on additional things.

Highly recommended! The staff is so nice- attentive, personable, go out of their way to accommodate. Seen for dental implants - procedures were virtually pain free. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Gaines. Would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental implants.
