Dr. Ruben Edmund Mora, DDS

I have no idea what the other 2 reviews are talking about? Especially the one about the pharmacist, this is a dental office not a pharmacy. I take all my kids to del Rio dentistry after being lied to by other local dentists. Dr. Mora was the only one to tell me what work i actually needed and did not try to lie to get money out of me. He is the best with my kids, especially special needs son. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I don't understand why Dr. Mora is rated #1. On the 1st visit everything went well so I decided to get several treatments . I had to go back 3 times after that because I was and I'm still in alot of pain. He had to redo my root canal but it only got worse. He applied flouride on some of the fillings he had done then sealant on the 3rd time but I'm still in pain. I noticed my enamel was gone. I have throbbing pain pain and shooting pains that start from my gums to my jawline to the side of my head. Before treatments , I was ok. I spoke with Maria the office manager to ask If I can get reimbursed $850 I paid out of pocket . She said Dr. Mora had said no that if I was in pain to go back n he'll try to fix it but do you think I want to go back after the 3rd attempt. These are my teeth we r talking about. She also mentioned that I had signed a form that if anything goes wrong with procedure they are not held accountable. Can you believe that? I was speechless. I couldn't understand. I… come from out of town, getting days off from work, making arrangements whos going to pick up my children from school to finally see Dr. Mora who is supposed to be #1, young dentist with the newest technology out there and great reviews and the worst nightmare happens. As a result, I have to see a specialist to figure out what went wrong. I'm still In alot of pain. Please think twice before deciding to try Dr. Mora. Especially if your thinking of taking your children. I personally don't trust him anymore.
