Dr. Hanson, a Boulder native, went west to attend the Loma Linda School of Dentistry. There he was awarded the prestigious Southern California Academy of Endodontics award for "outstanding proficiency" in the field of root canal therapy.
Upon graduating in 1975, Dr. Hanson and his wife Doris returned to Boulder to enter practice. He practiced there for 20 years and in 1986 moved to Louisville.
In the ensuring years Dr. Hanson, with God's help grew the practice based on quality care, dental expertise, and a genuine interest in patients well being.
Having raised two daughters, Dr. and Mrs. Hanson now enjoy their five grandchildren, biking and the Colorado outdoors.
