Absolutely love this office. They were able to make me feel so comfortable during a very long procedure.

I needed to have a tooth removed and an implant placed. Needless to say I was terrified. Dr Hatfied and staff made me feel so comfortable that It was no big deal and I was able to drive myself home without a problem. Thank you so much.

I had horrible experience with this doctor. I had to cancel an appointment, 4 days ahead of time I might add, due to an unforeseen matter. When I called to cancel I was treated disrespectfully. When I called back to reschedule an appointment I was treated disrespectfully, once again, and asked if I was going to cancel this appointment too, since I canceled the last appointment. I was dumbfounded. I could not believe that whoever was on the other end of the phone of a doctor's office was acting like that to a patient. I asked who I was talking to, and found out that the person I was speaking with BOTH times was Dr. Hatfield himself! I was appalled that a "professional" trying to run a business would act the way he did to a prospective patient. He was extremely arrogant and rude and very condescending. When I calmly and professionally question him about his attitude towards me , he acted as though my feelings did not matter to him. I am a professional myself, and would never, ever… treat anyone this way. Even if I wasn't a professional. I have never been to this doctor before, I am a new patient. Was a new patient!. I do not feel comfortable having someone with his unprofessional attitude working on me or any of my family. Needless to say, I am going elsewhere!
