Dr. Russell Kiser

Very rude if you have a complaint or concerne it gets ignored .

Dr. Kiser and his entire service is a scam . I asked about the price of implants and asked for a ballpark figure on cost. Nobody would give me an answer. Before I even filled out the paperwork I was asking price. There was no sense in wasting my time or Dr Kisers. At the end of my visit I was told it would cost $35,000 and handed a nice sized bill. I voiced my displeasure of the bill and was turned into collections in two weeks without recieving a bill. Dr. Kiser had the nerve to call me personally and was the most unprofessional and arrogant person I've ever spoken with. He said what he had to say and hung up on me. I'm not the first to experience this kind of treatment. BEWARE

Dr. Kiser has such compassion for his profession and patients that it really shows in his bedside manner. He sat me down and went through all of my options and explained everything so thoroughly with slideshows and x-rays. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. I would recommend him to anyone!
