Dr. Ryan C Taylor, DDS

I had a lot of dental work. I've been to a lot of dentists. Dr Taylor cares so much I had my mom come as well.

The treatment received at Dr. Ryan C Taylor's Periodontics practice is likely to be marginal to average depending on what they are treating you for. I believe they are fine for routine dental or periodontal issues, but I would recommend seeking a more skilled practice for complicated issues. Dr. Taylor is rarely available for visits and delegates most treatments to staff or another doctor if the treatment requires a doctor. His diagnoses are often quick, based on limited data and should be validated by obtaining a 2nd opinion from another Periodontist outside his practice. Follow up visits are little more than a second billing opportunity and a quick peak by a tech to justify the visit. The office's billing practices are perhaps the most difficult in the industry and they provide little to no assistance with insurance reimbursement. The staff is always pleasant, and some are quite technically talented. I believe if you have routine dental or periodontal issues and you do not use… insurance; they could be a good option for you. But if you have more complex requirements and/or you rely heavily on insurance, you might consider looking elsewhere. I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my dentist. In retrospect, (based on my research on Periodontists in the area) had the choice have been mine I would have gone in a different direction. Any conferring between your dentist and Dr. Taylor will be nearly non-existent and mostly via email. You will need to be your own advocate if you want communications to occur and you will need to schedule separate visits with your dentist and Dr. Taylor if you wish to hear the results of any correspondence between the doctors. I had 6 extractions and 5 implants in preparation for a final implant bridge. The process has taken over 2 years and is not yet complete. Dr. Jeffrey T. Hawkins is or was an Oral Surgeon with Dr. Taylor’s practice and performed the extraction. The results left areas in my gums and bone that have yet to heal 2 years later. My overall experience with Dr. Taylor has been very disappointing and very expensive. I have no opinion on Dr. Jennifer Firoica since I have never seen her or been treated by her.

Service is great but he doesn't even accept the exact plan that's advertised here on his page.

It's all about the money. He is not looking out for his patients. After he does his damage and gets your money . He does not even show up for appointments you made with him because you are having problems.

Dr. Bilov and Kristi Bowman provided me with amazing medical and dental treatment. They both took the time to discuss my situation, options to improve it, and demonstrated the way to properly take care of my teeth. This wonderful experience all began with Amy's friendliness and vast knowledge of my insurance and how best to utilize it and made sure I understood my out of pocket costs. Kudos to this whole team who made, what normally can be an unpleasant experience, a great dental visit. Thank you

I don't leave many reviews but Dr Taylor and staff deserve it. He really does care. I wouldn't go any where else.

Does not keep his word. Caveat emptor..look at the office and you will see he is all about money and not dental health.
