Amazed with how great he made me feel. Very nice, kind, professional. Thank you for getting me out of pain so fast.

Dr. Carroll recently came to his office after hours to take care of a broken tooth. He has a unique way about him with his ability to communicate with me in terms I understand. He has a kind and humorous chair side manner making my visits very comfortable. I Trust him. That goes a long way with me, especially finding a dentist.

I called this dental office to request a teeth cleaning as I was away from my regular dentist on assignment in Yuma. I told them my insurance, told them I would not be continuing with this office and told them I did not want to have x-rays taken since I had recently had bitewings. They told me they accepted my insurance but did not inform me they were out of network. When I got to the dental office they insisted on taking a full mouth of x-rays and photographs of my teeth. When I got my bill I was shocked because of the additional fees for out of network, for the x-rays and additional $50 deductible to their classifying it as an exam and not a dental cleaning. The office is refusing to send my x-rays to my dentist and refusing to acknowledge their unprofessional practices.

Crown and deep cleaning in one day! Called the next day to see how I was doing.
