Hi names David she did the worst job on my fillings she got access filling stuck on the molars she worked on i could not floss them she did it so sloppy, one of the molars she worked on she ruined it badly she shaved off the entire back cusps on that molar of mine. I file a complaint to the MDA committee and they sided in her favor without giving me answers on what she did to my molar. They would not tell me how they came up with there decision. All they were doing for me were defending her shoddy work instead of giving me answers. MDA committee are useless in helping the dental patients out I have half of a molar left thanks to Dr Samar Mokhayesh for damaging it during the filling procedure Please do not use this dental provider or she will cause severe damage to your teeth.
