27 Year old, who put off having wisdom teeth removed for about 3 years. I eventually scheduled an appointment when I realized they were doing much more harm than anything. Got an appointment for surgery set-up within 2 weeks, they allowed me to come in a week ahead of time to calm my nerves with a consultation, all my questions and hesitations were answered there. The next week was a breeze and I was excited for the surgery. They removed all 4 of my Wisdom teeth within about 45 minutes (I was under), but based on time I went down and woke up, its an assumption. I woke up feeling fantastic from the Anesthesia, with no pain at all. The remainder of Days 1-3, I basically had no pain at all, till the evening of Day 3. Very very minor that was curbed with ibuprofen throughout the first 3 days, then because of my mistake of using the water syringe early, and continuing to open the wounds, I felt a little more pain on the night of day 3, which was subdued the next morning. I went in for a… follow up appointment to ensure everything looked good, and they checked it out thoroughly, answered my questions, and confirmed there was no dry socket. All conversations on the phone with Leane, the nurses, as well (in-person) with the Doctor, were very helpful and assuring. They made quick plans for me to come in and be seen when I had minor pain. Everything was smooth sailing with Niagara OMS & Dr. Sanil Nigalye. I wish I did this the week my dentist referred me over to them, I would've had a much more pleasant 3 years, and probably 5 less cavities.

my first time with this dr. staff and dr.were very accomodating and professional. explained procedure and carried it out as they said without pain. a definite high recommendation if their services are needed. they do what they say and get the job done very timely.

It's all about the cash for this business, no concern for patients history, nor bedside manner. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this low rate quack. Just out to make a buck a try anyone's expense! Beware.

The staff is so friendly. They take the fear and pressure away from a situation that is otherwise scary. They are by far leagues ahead of anyone we have seen in the last few years. Professional is an understatement!
