Dr. Jackson is the sweetest and so fun! She is so honest and thorough, and makes every visit enjoyable. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Ive been going to Dr. Scherer for 15 years and always enjoyed him and Rose (hygienist). Dr. Jackson joined a few years back and I have yet to have a good experience with her. 1.) She made me wait an hour before seeing me for my 'scheduled' appt. so she could fit in a friend. Dr. Jackson then went to lunch after seeing me. Perhaps next time she uses her own time/lunch to fit in friends rather than make a paying schedule customer wait. My time is just as important. 2.) She did not properly fill in my cavity and commented "I'm not sure I grabbed enough material to fill it in" but then never went to get more. Even after the fill, there is still quite a deep hole, I have had sensitivity since. I have seen a lot of good reviews for her, so perhaps my experience with her was when she first joined the practice and was rather green. It has however affected my decision to go back.
