Dr. Sarah I Mekonnen

My mother (NOT a pain medicine seeker) had complications after her dental work at this office. Mekonnen will still not return her phone calls ! Staff is poorly organized and very rude. Sad business in Smyrna.

Unprofessional, no one knows anything about dental insurance. Staff member Anna very rude told me insurance wouldn't cover what dentist said I needed done. Went to another dentist......didn't need as much done as Dr Mekonnen said I needed and insurance covered. If you want a laugh....go here. If you want professionals go elsewhere. Pretty much anywhere else will do. All staff could talk about was about some spa dentist was opening????????? . No wonder this Dr wants to be a glorified beautician cause she's stinks as a dentist. Takes forever, but never any other patients in there. Tacky waiting area.Dirty treatment area and bathroom. However, dentist does write plenty of pain medication.

Front desk rude, staff playing on cell phones. Not knowledgeable of insurance. Staff constantly changing. Dr Sarah pushed dental work on me that I found after 2 other opinions were not needed. She is a quack.
