Dr. Satish M Bhambhani

I had 2 root canals at the end of 2019 (which my dentist referred me to him for 1 root canal... the 2nd one was a re-root canal that I probably didn't even need!) He charged me up front $1460.00 for the 2nd root canal and my insurance was to pay for the 1st one. I was overcharged $191.00. This I have verified with my insurance company. I have been trying to get my money back since 2020 to no avail! He keeps telling me he will look into it and call me back! Never calls me back! Beware!!!!! A member grievance is in the works for me now to retrieve my money!

I found Dr.Bhambhani to be kind, thorough and quite competent. He repaired a root canal that was done by another dentist.

This man is very pushy and does not listen when being spoken too. He is very rude. The second I walked in the door, the assistant pushed several pages of paperwork on me and told me I should just sign them as the doctor was in a hurry and we needed to start the procedure. They said I could finish my history later. Before appointment was scheduled I had a comprehensive set of x-rays from a state o the art machine taken for him two days prior at my dentists office that he did view, but claimed he did not just so he could charge me for more. I tried asking several times as to what was covered and what was not and he conveniently avoiding the question. I felt very uncomfortable from that point on. Lastly, after rudely interrupting me several times just before the procedure, and after he had already laid me back to start the procedure he then said he needed payment before numbing me and it was more money then originally agreed upon. I was told to stop wasting his time if I did not have… all the money immediately so I got up and left without the root canal and in serious pain. I would not recommend anyone use him. There is something very shady about this guy and his practice.

Performs unnecessary root canals and wants immediate payment. Beware!
