Stay away from this Dentist. The office staff is condescending, unprincipled, and unreliable. The first visit was professionally conducted, with pleasantries in abundance; all happiness and light. However, once commitments were made to seek services, things fast became unwelcoming. My wife had multiple procedures that were supposed to be coordinated by this office; they dropped the ball on most of these commitments and then blamed my wife for their incompetence. They have no basic understanding of two-way communications; they only know transmit mode. Multiple times we tried to resolve things or at least find out what was going on; each time we were met with rudeness and defensiveness. No responsibility was taken for anything. My wife has seen many dentists over the past 20 years; never have we experienced this type treatment from a medical professional. After months of trying to make things work, we finally had no choice but to seek another dentist. If you’re looking for an experience… that lacks even a microscopic awareness of customer service or professionalism, this dentist is absolutely for you. But I would strongly recommend you record every verbal communication you have with them; they tend to embellish or rewrite conversations to suit their immediate purpose.

Dr. Draper is the best at giving shots. Has a way of getting the meds in your mouth without much pain at all! Great doctor, great staff, beautiful view from the chair.
