Dr. Scott M Thompson

This was my first visit I found the staff very friendly and considerate and the dentist Dr. Scott was very professional.

I had to change dental professionals due to retirement of my previous one. What a shock I was in for. I found Dr. Thompson, made appointments for my entire family and completed and returned paperwork in advance of appointments. That was great..NO wasted time. My two children were seen first for their semi annual cleanings. One of them required additional treatment and they were able to see her the following day. Dr Thompson did what was necessary all in one appointment, although is was 90 minutes long, it saved me from numerous trips. Dr Thompson personally called me that evening to check up on my daughter and again advised that she may need tylenol for a couple of days if she experience pain. Well, I was in shock. I had never had anyone from the dental profession to make a follow up call...and the dentist himself, well that just blew my mind. Unfortunately for me, I broke a tooth in half two weeks later. I had not even been seen by him yet. They scheduled an appointment for… me the next day during lunch. Prepared me for a crown and I received the same treatment that my daughter did. I am amazed at the personal service, friendly and courteous staff, and the personal care given by Dr. Thompson.
