Old equipment. Dental hygienist did not press button to lift seat up to rinse out. I had to pull my body up ! Now my back hurts. a Dentist talked to much before, more talking then examination of teeth. Also, took 18 x-rays ! Omg billing to insurance company. I hope I don't have a huge bill.

Dr Ruvo is by far one of the best dentists I've been treated by. He is very caring and through and truly cares about his patients and their family. If like be part of his family when your being treated....

I am usually not one to sit down and write a review but recently I changed dentists and feel compelled to share. Several friends encouraged me to switch to Dr. Ruvo for years and after seeing him I realized I should have switched a long time ago. I am thrilled to report that everything from my first contact with the office of Dr. Ruvo was fantastic. The office and clinical staff were professional, efficient, informative and courteous, but above all caring and attentive to my individual needs. The reception area was warm, comfortable, with "current magazines" and a beverage station with fresh cut flowers offering various coffees, tea, hot chocolate, and chilled bottled water for my comfort. Every patient that came in or out while I was there obviously had great respect and a genuine fondness for the office staff. Even the mail carrier was welcome to make a to-go cup of coffee on her way out. Dr. Ruvo is of course skilled and well versed in all the latest dental technology but also… cheerful, caring and all about me the patient. He asked me questions and actually listened to my responses. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me anything. To the contrary, I felt he pointed out areas of concern and offered both "ideal dentistry" options as well as "alternate options" that might buy me some time to plan for more extensive procedures later on. Overall nothing short of 5 stars for Dr. Ruvo.
