Dr. Sergio Rubinstein, DDS

I was a loyal patient of Dr. R's for 20+ years. At 41, we decided to replace all of my teeth. Again, I had been a patient for over 20 years and was 41. He told me I had to bring in one of my parents or my spouse for the consultation. Do you think I am a woman??? I will now be turning 44. I still do not have my permanent bottom teeth. He REFUSED to give me bottom, back teeth so I could chew any food. I ended up extremely anemic and B12 Deficient. I left and asked for all my records to be sent to my oral surgeon. I was sent a ledger, upon which I found out he was now charging me for repairs on his crappy work. He sent 2 clay molds. He said listen to him 100% of time and nutritionist sometimes. We cannot figure out what he put on my implants nor will he give the information. He is a real jerk. His work may look decent but is junk and hasn't lasted 2 weeks against zirconia teeth. RUN! RUN! RUN!

You get what you pay for and that is especially true in dentistry. This office is on the high-end in fees but to me it's worth it as I'm a strong believer that oral health is vital to well-being. I believe the dentist is highly talented and kudos to talented doctors who deserve to be well compensated for their valuable skills and hard work. Unfortunately, I experiened egregious behavior, a complete lack of interpersonal skills, and questionable communicative ability coming out of this office on multiple occasions. In my view, operating at that substandard level consistently is unacceptable even for a one-time only procedure and poses a great risk in healthcare.

Courteous staff until you attempt to communicate with them on any level. It was near comical and actually harmful in a healthcare profession.

I'm saddened that I cannot recommend this office to anyone.

Smooth and pleasant experience. Truly cares about his patients and wants what's best for him. I completely trust him and feel so lucky to have finally found a gentile and caring denist.

I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THE FANTASTIC JOB DR. RUBINSTEIN DID! My expectations were very high because my smile has always been a priority for me. I was born without the lateral incisor and the canine on BOTH sides (the two teeth between the front tooth and the molars). Since I have a smaller mouth, it was decided that I'd get braces to pull my molars forward so that I would only need 1 implant per side instead of 2 implants per side. This meant that my molars needed to change shape to look more like the front teeth do instead of how a molar looks. Dr. Rubinstein had 2 crowns created for me to match the colour and size of my real teeth and he used bonding on the molars to give them a more natural look. Dr. Rubinstein went above and beyond what I thought was possible. My teeth now look beautiful and I even have people complement how perfect my teeth are. I experienced no pain and the doctor would check often to ensure I was ok, even making sure that my lips didn't dry-up. The… office is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and professional and I also really appreciate the booking system because I can make an appointment online and the receptionist will either email or call me back to confirm the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein to my family and friends! I am so happy with how my teeth look, I am finally proud to show my smile off in pictures.
