One my first visit. I went in to have a crown put back on that had fallen off from a previous dentist. I also complained that that some tooth was very painful that the crown came off of. The tooth also felt loose to me. I asked why can’t we just pull the tooth. That’s how much pain I was in. She said let’s just put the crow back and see how it does. The second visit I went for periodontal maintenance I once again asked about that tooth that was even more painful and loose. She mentioned antibiotics but did not prescribe any. She said the gums were inflamed. I saw the periodontist she referred me to on 3 days later.. He said I had a very bad infection, an abcess and a cavity in the tooth the crown was put back on. On my first visit with her I asked you could she just pull the tooth? I also asked where there any cavities. She said there no cavities. Why would you put a crown back on a tooth that has a cavity and is loose and hurting.I also had to ask twice about the antibiotics. When… I asked why my tooth was hurting she mentioned my gums were inflamed. I am very disappointed in the service I received from this office. Please slow down and give each patient your undivided attention.
