Worst dentist I've ever had. Luckily he lost his license... again.

Worst dentist ever! Lost a tooth and he didn't have a care in the world about it! He also LOST his license for a while.

The only issues I have ever had were due to extenuating circumstances about scheduling appointments. This had been an issue over the past year but never prior to that in the 10+ years I have been going to his practice. Like I say, there were extenuating circumstances. I would recommend his practice.

I strong recommend against going to Dr Shailesh Patel. I experienced long waiting period. The staff and doctor is rude. I was also overcharged for the services. And though the insurance company has already paid the doctor and I am owed a refund, its now over 1 year and inspite of multiple reminders I have not received a response to my voicemails and emails and have not been refunded the excess amount paid.

Good dentist with advanced technology. Never would have found him if he didn't take my insurance. Thanks MetLife!

To summarize I would just like to say, he should be a salesman and not a doc who is just looking to make money most likely because he knows he can't survive too long in the profession with his 'F' grade skillset. I wish he would just do routine cleanings for patients and nothing more - atleast that way no one is paying loads of money just to get there teeth literally damaged by him.

He was a good Dentist......but now I would stay far away. He broke 10 appointments over the last few months. I don't know of anyone that has destroyed there own company till now.... so Find a new Dentist I did.
