·   Certificate in Periodontics (2001-2004), University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia.  Trained in the diagnosis, treatment planning and management of patients with a wide range of periodontal and restorative needs incorporating dental implants, adjunctive orthodontics and regenerative techniques. Taught Basic Clinical Periodontics, evaluated dental students in management of periodontal patients, and worked with restorative faculty in comprehensive dental care.
·   D.M.D. (1999-2001), University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia. Graduated from the Program of Advanced Standing (PASS) in a group practice clinical setting with an emphasis on restorative dentistry involving a multi-disciplinary approach and team-work.
·   M.D.S. (1996-1998) (deferred), Government Dental College and Hospital, Madras (Chennai), India.  Completed over two years of training in Periodontics at one of …India’s top dental schools and hospitals, with a focus on surgical management of moderate to advanced periodontal disease.

·   Private Dental Practitioner (1994-1998).  Established, operated and managed a solo evening practice in Madras, India. General practice that included crown and bridge, endodontics, adjunctive orthodontics and minor oral surgical procedures.
·   Dental Assistant / Apprentice (1992-1993).  Worked at a private practice specializing in Endodontics.
