My brother in law had an appt to get two teeth pulled , 11 30 appointment it's 1 45 we still waiting needs to do much better .

I was referred to Dr. Burl from the VA. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to the exam room for x-rays. While I was waiting for the doctor I noticed an elderly patient receiving help deciphering details of her insurance. I was very impressed by that. It shows the level of care and compassion Dr. Burl and her staff have for patients and members of the community. My exam was professional and thorough. I never felt the appointment was being rushed. Dr. Burl and her team are a class act.

She is a fine dentist but her staff is young and very unprofessional. Your staff has the ability to ruin your business and the experience I had makes me never want to visit this office again.

This dentist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to other dentist offices that I have visited in Birmingham. My extraction procedure went very well.I would recommend Dr Burl to my friends.
