Born and raised until the age of 9 in Iran, Dr. Shawn (Shabnam) Salehezadeh found her way to New York City by way of Texas. Having spent all but one year of her American life in Texas, Â Dr. S decided to change things up a little by attempting a life in NYC for just one year... That was in 2004!
Dr. Salehezadeh received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas in Houston in 2003. She then completed an extra year of residency (AEGD) at University of Pacific in Union City, California. Having experienced living on the West Coast for a year, Dr. S then chose to relocate to the East Coast briefly before permanently returning to Texas.
