Dr. Markovitch only cares about the money. Only interested in cosmetics or where he can make money. He talks down to you.

agoNEW Terrible service. The staff does not care for their patients. This was my 1st time going to this office I will never go there again. The office manager Marlene hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional to hang up on your patients. Darina Gave me the wrong appt time for my emergency tooth extraction due to metal plates in my jaw being to close to tooth #16. They did not see me and told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for another tooth extraction while I'm in severe pain. I called 5 times in a day just to get through to them to be on hold for 20 + mins. Definitely do not recommend this place. I asked for my records and Marlene gave me a very difficult time. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

Dr. Markovitch never worked in Oswego. This post is not accurate. Aspen Dental is using Dr. Markovitch's name without authorization. Also, the reviews are copy and paste. This is a scam.

The best dentist ever.

I've been only for a preliminary evaluation/consultation, and from my hour and half at the office, I can assure you that this is a practice you'll want to use. Dr. Markovitch is personable, skilled, smart, and honest. His staff is efficient, and to everyone's credit, there was no prolonged wait time. My only criticism is that when you call the office, you're immediately asked if you can be put on hold without being asked why you're calling, and the hold/wait time can be horrible (6 minutes, two times; 4 minutes, once). Ladies -- please, up your phone skills.
