Dr. Shelley Shearer attended the University of Kentucky for her undergraduate studies and then the University of Louisville for dental school. Dr. Shearer has volunteered for Ky Operation Bright Smile, the Ky State Fair Sealant program and as an externship instructor for the AHEC program. She has served as a Missionary dentist in the Dominican Republic as well as an educator and off-site instructor for dental students at U of L School of Dentistry.Â
After practicing in Louisville for several years she moved to Northern Kentucky upon her marriage to Dr. Clay Shearer.  Dr. Clay Shearer is a Dermatologist at The Dermatology Center. The couple enjoy spending time with their family, outdoor activities, running and working out.  Dr. Shearer is also a certified Spinning instructor at local fitness clubs in Northern Kentucky. She blogs for www.Skinnymom.com which is a featured blog for The Cincinnati Enquirer.
