I have 2 sons. 1 of them had phase 1 care no problem. When I took my 2nd son I was told I had to pay the insurance portion up front although my insurance had not changed. I was told the amount I had to pay and no more discounts were available. I saved and worked hard during covid saving up for that. So I paid that amount. I took my 1st son back the same day to start phase 2. For him I was told of another discount that had not been offered with son number 2. I was also told I did not have to pay the insurance portion up front. I was excited for the 2nd but when I asked about the discount I was told that they would honor half of that but I now had to pay all the insurance up front-$900 more! We are in tears we don't have that. I called multiple times and the manager "Kim" can't be bothered to call me back. I called my insurance company (which has not changed in years) and they said there is no law about paying it up front and it sounded to them that this "practice" was just doing this to… punish me. I guess if you are rich and don't care if they cheat you go here but if you work really hard for every dime you make and point out when they make a mistake be prepared to get punished back.
