Dr. Slim Bouchoucha, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr Bouchacha for well over a decade and his level of experience along with his compassion for the patient has been unmatched. He has been so good to me with my various oral problems through the years and I would highly recommend him. Also, both of my daughters have been prior patients of his and as always we were very pleased with his care. Keep up the good work Doc and thank you for all that you do.

Very unprofessional. A egotistical man that abuses his power in his field and is very defensive when questioned.

my first visit, x-ray technician identified the incorrectly tooth to be extracted to doctor. I notified my referring dentist who then straightened out this error with Dr Slim Bullied  by dental assistant, Robert Recurrent whispering in patient's presence I received an unsigned refund check in the amount of $160, with no explanation. I phoned bookkeeper, she advised that I should come into the office to drop off unsigned check and pick up reissued. I explained that I live quite a distance and suggested to her that I tear up the check and a reissued check be sent. “She would get back to me”. After about a week without hearing back, I phoned two more times leaving messages. During one of these calls I learned from front office staff that my phone conversation with bookkeeper had been misstated as my refusing to cooperate. About my third call bookkeeper answered the phone – finally, suggesting depositing $160. into my debit account, I agreed. At my next visit I asked for an… accounting of said refund. I received a "statement" indicating the total amount paid less the refund, Not an Accountability  My dental records indicate that I have TMJ and require a bite block – no bite block provided I stopped by Dr Slim’s office, on my way elsewhere, because I felt a throbbing where he had extracted a tooth two weeks prior. I asked staff if it could be looked at to see if the area was infected. Staff asked, did I want to make an appointment; she proposed that my healing may take longer, since “we’re not 18 anymore, that this is most likely the case”. The other staff person present agreed, sans examination! The next morning I was in extreme pain in this area. I called my referring DDS, was immediately seen - he confirmed that I had a bad infection.
