Dr. Soraya Bouzida

I am a multiple return patient. I take very good care of my teeth I was just dealt a bad deck of cards. I found her and put a lot of trust into her having multiple procedures done. One of my last procedures was to have a mandatory root canal and she did not have time to do it. Instead of pointing me in a direction of where I could get it done she decided to take matters into her own hands and do a procedure that she claimed had a 2% chance of success. She did not tell me it was a 2% chance of success until after the procedure when I started to have tooth pain from the same tooth. Extreme poor judgment was made and she has been taking down my reviews because I am trying to warn the community about this. I asked for my money back and she gave me a couple hundred dollars. This procedure was a couple thousand and now I have to have it redone again this time by a professional. I was completely taken advantage of and I put my trust into someone that should not be making these decisions. Do… not go here if you are already in the parking lot just don’t.
