Dr. Spencer Shoff, DDS

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Spencer Shoff. On 9-13-21 I called back to ask if the dentist and staff were vaccinated. I was told by the woman that she was not allowed to answer that question because the dentist didn't want to get involved in propaganda and to answer was a violation of HIPPA. I then called Dr. Matthew Heaton's office to ask if this dentist and staff was vaccinated. I was told that Matthew Heaton and his entire staff was vaccinated. The difference between these two offices were day and night. I am elderly, have a husband on oxygen, and an eight month old granddaughter to protect from Covid. I do have a right to ask the vaccination question. I then called back to Dr. Spencer Shoff's office to cancel my appointment. Later an aggressive hygienist returned my call to accuse me of harassing the staff. I told her that I was canceling my appointment requesting a call back from the dentist at his convenience. I wanted him to know why I was cancelling. This hygienist… refused to allow me a call back from the dentist because I was a new patient. I have never met Dr. Spencer Shoff. I would not recommend this office.
