Do not waste time and gas showing up for your appointment here. I did both and was told my appointment had been cancelled without notice to me. I would love reimbursement due to the high cost of gas today.

He is one of the good dentist around Peoria ..he took care of me so well and I really recommend this doctor

TL:DR - No consideration and no compassion for patients Last week I went in to inquire about upper dentures, the dentist wanted to clean my teeth first. I agreed and he (the dentist) proceeded to clean my teeth with high pressure water... It hurt A LOT... I told him and he disregarded me. ( at that point I should have left... but alas) I made an appointment to have a section of my bone filed and some fillings put in. I am a very frightened patient ... I get to the office 15 min early, then 10 min after my scheduled appointment time the Dr strolls in from lunch. I am then brought into a room to have a seat. The world cup is on all the tv's full blast (so he does not miss a moment)... I am sitting in the chair shaking and crying because I am so afraid (major anxiety attack) 45 min after my appointment time, the dr is still not ready for me. No apology, no update. When I asked one of the receptionists (no nurses) what would happen if I arrived 45 min late... I got the open mouth look (I dunno). Yes, I was told they would ask the Dr how much longer it would be... I know full well if I let him anywhere near me at this point, his revenge would probably be extreme pain for me. I would NEVER recommend this dentist.
