Dr. Stephanie Kay Paswaters

I have been going to Dr. Paswaters for about 9 years now. Since that time I have had several fillings done, a crown put on, and numerous periodic cleanings to keep my periodontitis in check. I have experienced no problems with any of the services I received and the prices are reasonable given the type of dental insurance I have. Further, Dr. Paswaters and her safe are friendly and explain each procedure in detail. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Paswaters.

She told me I had a cavity (my first) so I let her fill it. Next appt she told me I had another cavity. I got a second opinion from another dentist that said the opposite. 3 years later still no cavity. My wife paid for and tried to get a crown. A bad temp crown and two or three messed up permanent crowns took months and were painful when she chewed. Dr Passwaters just said she needed time to get used to it. Finally had to go to a different dentist who adjusted the messed up crown to be more comfortable within 5 minutes, but said it was done wrong and needed to be redone. A 3rd opinion agreed and took an xray of the problem, but the crown fell off before we could schedule ANOTHER replacement. When showed the xray, Dr Passwaters said it wasn't her work and it could have been photo-shopped and she would not replace the crown without charging for another one! Unbelievable! AVOID AVOID!
