ABOUT DR. STEPHANIE Dr. Stephanie Pavnica enjoys educating her patients on oral health and treatment options, then following through to complete care and achieving oral health and a beautiful smile. Dr. Stephanie attended Joliet Jr. College then University of Iowa where she received her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She began her career in healthcare working at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Neurosurgical Intensive Care as a nurse while attending dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. After receiving her doctor of dental surgery and graduating with honors in 1991 she completed an externship and continued to provide patient care there until 1995. She has been practicing at Park Dental Care in the Carol Stream area since 1992. Dr. Stephanie is married and has two children and a cute Maltese called Grizzly. She enjoys running and has been active in her children’s schools and served as assistant coach for their cross country team at middle school.
