Good office. Both doctors are good. Would still go even though they don’t take my insurance

Dr. Paolella is not only great at what he does (and his enthusiasm for his work and field really comes through!) but he's one of the most compassionate doctors I've been the patient of. He is good humored and genuinely cares about his patients. He made me feel I was in good hands since the consultation and that the recovery's smooth. I recommend him completely!

Dr. Paolella was very thorough and pleasant. The staff was very nice every time I have had to call.

Often poor customer service by office staff is not a reflection on the physician. Unfortunately, in this case it was. I would not recommend him and if your dentist sends you to him please ask for another referral.
