Meet Dr. Starr
Dr. Starr received his dental degree at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He then practiced as a general dentist for four years, giving him a unique and thorough understanding of the restorative process in treatment planning.
In addition to dental school, Dr. Starr completed a two-year full-time residency in Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics at USC. He returned to Utah in 1994 and established a private practice in Saint George. He is Southern Utah's only Board Certified Root Canal Specialist.
Dr. Starr is a member of the American Dental Association, the Utah Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, and an active member of the College of Diplomates. He has been a featured speaker at the American Association of Endodontists as well as other dental society meetings.
Dr. Starr and his wife have one son. They enjoy skiing, …flyfishing, and spending time together as a family.
