Dr. Greif is a native of Cedar Rapids, and he graduated from Regis High School in 1979. He attended the University of Iowa from 1979-1982 as a Chemistry major, and then applied for admittance to dental school after his junior year of college. Dr. Greif attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated in 1986. He practiced as an associate in Des Moines for 4 years and moved back to Cedar Rapids in 1990. Dr. Greif is a member of the American Dental Association, the Iowa Dental Association, University District Dental Association and the Linn County Dental Association. He is additionally certified in Implant Placement and Restoration and also certified in Invisalign Orthodontics.
He and his wife Karen have 3 children, Trenton, Zachary and Jennifer. Dr. Greif enjoys playing golf and is a member of Golfweek Magazine’s golf course raters board, allowing him to play golf courses throughout the United States. His favorites that he has played are …Augusta National, Cypress Point, and Pine Valley.
He is also a Fly Fishing junkie, and looks to fish whenever and where-ever he can. He has fished all over the United States, but still loves to fish the spring fed streams of NE Iowa.
