Horrible experience with this dental office. They can never hold an appointment when made. Also can never make advanced appointments so you can’t do your 6-8 month cleaning and examines together. EVEN WHEN you can make the appointments together they cancel one making it very inconvenient...poorly ran office Would never suggest anyone to go! (P.S. All of there equipment looks like it is from the 1970’s)

I went to them asking for a cleaning and exam. They were so booked up but i advised my ins was ending soon. They put me in for a month an half away but I was able to get called back for a cancelation , which was good. The hygenist was nice ... gental cleaning, her name was Grace and I had no issues. My 2nd visit for the exam was ok ... the dr was actually nice and I did not have to wait long. ( however the office was clean but looked drabby...needs a make over .. looks old ) . I ended up needing a cap put on and the front desk needed to send in an request for an approval. 2 weeks later my ins. says they never got it when its only in Staten Island. The woman at front desk refused to call and verify the address to make sure they sent it to the correct place .. told me to give it few more days .. I mean Levittown to Staten Island mail does not take 2 weeks.... but she couln't be bothered helping me even though my ins. is up in 2 weeks. Horrible customer service in the front. SO now… I cant get my dental work done bc IF the ins receives it , I wont have the time left for them to do the work and I can not pay for it out of pocket. It seemed as if she was too lazy to pick up the phone and check on it for me. Not happy and when my new ins. kicks in I will be sure to go elsewhere.

I was referred to endodontist by my dentist.. I called this office because they accept my ins. The woman on the phone acted like how dare I call and ask for an appt. She asked why I was calling her... I said because my dentist referred me because of a bad root canal. She wouldnt even give me an appt for a consult to see what was going on.. Took info and said she would call me back. Needless to say she never called back. HORRIBLE patient care from the word go. And that's not even in the office yet. Why bother having a health care business if you are going to treat your patients like crap. Terrible.

Terrible dentist!!! Very bad bedside manner

Went in for a toothache, they got me in for X-rays on time. The staff then got me an immediate appt. with an oral surgeon to pull the tooth. Everyone nice and very professional courteous staff I would recommend highly.

I went to this dentist office a few times over the period of a year, the wait is long, very rude staff, I transferred after I had an emergency and they neva got back to me. I would say find another dentist don't even bother going here, they really need to over haul their staff as well as the dentist.... rude rude rude!!

The Levittown office is staffed by rude, extremely unhelpful personnel, from the receptionist to the dentist, I have never encountered this level of rudeness from any medical office before. When asked a question, they act as if they can't be bothered and annoyed that you dare expect them to actually answer you. Don't even bother to asking them to call in a prescription to the pharmacy, they won't do it. Dr talks to you while standing behind you and barely glances in my mouth during an "exam"
