Horrible. Where do I even start. My daughters cap came off, tooth under it broken right in half. I called to inform them she was having pain. They scheduled me for a cleaning the next day and said the broken tooth would be taken care of same appointment. Day od appointment, they just did an exam and cleaning. While they cleaned her teeth my daughter said they hurt her even more trying to clean the broken tooth. Mind you, they did the cap a year ago. Horrible job as 2 have now come off. Incompetent work. Failure on the Dr.. They wanted to see me the following day to do an extraction. As a working parent, on top of living an hour away, I can not take another day off work now in the same week, I just had a family emergency and took days off and absolutely can not take anymore time off. They are closed on Mondays which is my day off. I requested the following week to come in and was wiling to change my day off. They originally were going to schedule me 8 days out. I asked for sooner,… they offered tomorrow( same week i went there, again, can not take another day off, it's a half day affair living so far away, this is the closest dentist in network). I explained to them I couldn't, I need early next week. needless to say, they wouldn't work with me. They were rude, not empathetic, and didn't care. Next complaint, and this was a red flag and I should have just not gone back after 1st visit. They will take your child into a closed room, no parents aloud, and no communication between parent and child aloud. My daughter text me while in the chair saying she was bored and they are just talking about going out and stuff. Apparently there are signs everywhere back there saying they are not aloud to text. Hmmmm. If your not doing anything wrong there shouldn't be closed doors and closed communication between a parent and child. Even sitting out in the lobby the front desk is just chatter about going out once a month, they use to do it every week but it was too much. Heard it myself. Maybe the Dr is too worried about all her botox and plastic surgery to her face to actually run a decent facility. I will do all in my power to spread my experience to others in hopes no one goes through what my child has or we have as parents. Never dealt with such a discussing, ill-mannered dentist office.

Child in pain!!!Harassing STAFF answering calls! My child had pain in tooth!!!!!call to schedule appointment for 3pm cleaning??? however No guarantee of being treated for pain! Big waste of time! Plus No one can accompany the child! Worst place ever would never go back did I say the staff was very rude and misleading! Childs left with tooth in pain scheduled out for a week still no treatment.

Average dentist. Have never met her in person, which is very odd. It's always the dentist assistant. My kids seem happy enough. It is impossible to get hold of anyone to schedule or reschedule an appointment and no answering machine/service. Very unusual in an age of advanced technology. They are always busy, in my opinion, only because of their minimal office hours at both locations. Seriously considering changing dentists.

Best Dr. And staff around. My firls love it there. Office is very child friendly...

I was so disappointed in this office, first the front office staff seemed unfriendly an miserable, second there is no other privacy there, they discuss your child's treatment plan right at the checkout window, I was within arms reach of another parent an was shocked to hear from my older children that they told my 5yr old she had to go to the "cry baby" rm because she was scared and considering she has had a lot of dental work in the past she has reason to be scared. And when I complained about Hippa policies the response I got from the office manager was that's how our dr practices. Funny I thought Hippa rules were for all drs not just who chooses to comply! I wouldn't refer anyone here!

Hello my daughter went in for a cavity to be filled, looks like silver and white in yop, I rewuesr white filling only. Then she cimes out crying, in pain, says the doctors mire than ine were squeezing her kegs, and choking her, so I took her somewhere else and she now fears the dentist. Awful experience.

You are unable to schedule an appointment online, their phone system breaks up so you can't understand the office hours. Difficult to even get in touch with the staff
